I need tips. What can I do to get more attractive? Obviously my skin is really bad and I need to fix it but I'm really unhappy with my eye area.

You've got a decent eye area if it weren't for your nct you coudve gotten an really good eye area you've got good brows, well mostly the setting of them everything else need some work. Your medial canthus to brow is below average so whilst the average is around 9-12mm you seem to be around 8-9, and you also seem to have a 3mm-4mm supertarsal to brow wich 3 is considered low set and 4 within average range but below average wich is good, only thing to say is that the shape and density is too irregular so I'd reccomend to hop on minxodil to help with that also use some on your lashes. Another problem I see disregarding your eye area is your nose, it's too bulbous—and your lips although decent could be wider the fix... well you can't really fix it without orthodontic intervention and you might see only minimal results but you can minimise your nose width wich is also the way to fix your skin hop on some accutane it will not only help with your skin but help shrink your nose by a bit you could also use hydrocortisone but it has some side effects so I'd reccomend to do some research before jumping the gun and buying it.

You have a pretty solid base, I would recommend accutane, minoxidil for brows, the ordinary lash serum and give your hair more texture, I really don’t think there’s need for hardmaxxing in your case

Thank you, I appreciate your tips, but how do I get rid of these lines under my eyes? i dont know if something would change if i cut down a bit. i guess im at 14-16 bf%. i see my abs a bit.
