I need to add 1.5cm to my gonions (implant design)

I did bone scans and to decrease my gonial angle from a brutal 127 to 115 degrees which is more in the ideal, I need to increase my ramus height by 1.5cm. This would be pretty intense on the masseter muscles and I'm not sure it's possible without implant show or some other symptom. These would be custom implants with sufficient gonial rounding (no sharp corners) but the height may still cause issues.

Any thoughts for ways around potential issues?

7 mm is max, dont go beyond that, having ideal gonial angles isnt that important, the jaw frontal angle of 90 around degrees is more important

I wonder what would happen if a 7mm implant was placed at first, the muscles adjusted, then a year later it was replaced with 13mm implants for example? Would it reduce dehiscence rate?

From what i heard any kind of prev peocedure higher the change of musscles issues due to muscles being bullied twice, some kind of fibrosis scar tissue thingy

Oof. Maybe a little filler below the implant then. Or I need to actually grow my bone

I mean you cant put filler below a implant it will migrate down the neck then. On top yea, you csn try to extend 1,5 cm eith titanium implant and then do filler on top for dehisence. That is a decent option
