Yeah I personally do it with my knuckles I just bunch as hard as I can and as fast I can for 20 min on each cheekbone

No The redness usually goes away overnight but the swelling stays

im 99% sure ur not breaking the bone

its just swelling the area, for example if u get with a baseball in ur eye ur eye area will swell up.

Massage gun don’t really work. I personally just use a hammer or my fists and just beat the shit out of each zygo for 20 min
