Go to local supermarkets usually ran by Latinos (depends) and buy large slabs of meat for cheap and meal prep with it
Other stuff get it from somewhere else

Just buy whatever you want. How many calories you eat matters more than what you eat. Just get less of whatever you normally get. You'll still lose fat when in a calorie deficit even if you eat junk food
