I have 2021 m1 pro 14" and i love it. I do programming, used to do gaming and all kinds of web browsing and media consumption. I recommend it if you have the money and don't care about gaming. They're really superior to anything. I just hate that they are so expensive you tend to treat them with extra care. I have a couple Linux ThinkPads that are way worse but I like more as a laptop. Unless you do gaming I wouldn't get a windows machine
