I need to drop bf but I'm skinny fat and scared of the gym

My face looks all chubby and childish and I have no muscle

I don't have a belly but my body looks lean while my face doesn't. If I go on a deficit then I'll lose muscle, but I stopped going to the gym cause the mog is way too brutal

Any advice guys?

Get back in the gym brocel
