I need to find a way to tell my parents to pay for my hair transplant

The problem is they already spent 60,000€ for me in looksmaxing, and another 100,000€ for my university studies.
I have no idea how to tell them to fork out another 10,000€ for my hair transplant but without it I'm depressed and unable to elicit any attraction from females and respect from men.

It's over for me without an hair transplant, I'm NW 2,5 and can't take finasteride because of insane side effects I got when I tried it
