My worst flaws is long philtrum BY FAR. It kills my midface ratio and makes my midface long.(My midface ratio is 0.92) My philtrum is nearly 2cm. what do I do? Will lip lift look uncanny?
My second flaws( not nearly as Big as the philtrum)is my recessed chin. Im currently working on It tho and its working.
Any advice for philtrum?

what do your lips look like?
are the corner of your mouth just skin like in this picture

or is there actually lip in the corner of your mouth

Tbh last 6 months my chin has became less recessed due to mouth tape at night,mewing, hard mewing, and bonesmashing(i know It sounds like cope but idc,my chin has changed a bit)

Like second photo,my lips are kinda full and nice.its just my philtrum itself that is large

doubt it, I think you just lost weight. anyway answer the question about your lips

If your in puberty your bones are rearranging. I thought the same thing but my Philtrum changed

yes but you can just get filler in your lower lip if it makes it look small in comparison
