I have been dealing with stubborn skin texture, red bumps tiny pimples nose inflammation and skin inflammation in general I’ve tried I don’t even know how many solutions but nothing seems to work. Please if anyone has genuine answers to my problem I’d appreciate the help desperately.

Well firstly you need to fix your diet.

Don't eat processed sugars,fats, just don't eat processes stuff.

You can maybe try some creams for skin, at last pepetides for skin like ghk-cu

tret or isotret (accutane) id reccomend hydroquinone too but thats only if you get pih
