Well that is hard to explain. Since I am fat my dick skin is being pushed out by the fat so far that my dick does not need to leave it's foreskin. You don't have to get circumsized to fix your foreskin. There's a separate phimosis surgery that just fixes your foreskin and doesn't cut it off. Look it up. If you live in the US, the doctors are probably biased in favor of circumsision and might not even mention the other options.

Have you looked into foreskin stretching? Try that before any surgery in any case. It works well for many.

I will try stretching for several months. If I do not see any improvements I will see a doctor and discuss my options and get cut if necessary. you can easily fix phimosis wirh creams and ointments,no need to circumsize.
Ive had it too until i was 13 i had the option to get circumsized but thank god my parents were against it.
Search the internet,there is a subreddit for phimosis i think.
Id say You could also book a Doctor Apparment and ask him to prescribe you some creams against it.
