I am legit 6 foot barefoot Im sick of being heightmogged still. Ive been stretching for couple weeks now. I forsure stand taller now due to better posture but stretching spine must do something right how do those tribal people stretch their necks with rings then if anything at all id like to stretch my neck for height gains

Holy shit your here. I was just reading some posts you were in from awhile back. I Just do basic stretches morning and night for posture I cant sleep anymore until Im satisfied as the autism is getting to me. google spinal stretches those are the ones I do I also crack my back alot now I can pop each individual spine part basically feels good and loose after also focused on straightening out my posture.

Yeh bro this is exact reason when I used to live in poor area I never got height mogged. But I moved so its richcel whites and asians who heightmog me now its brutal at least I have face. Others have it much worse tho Ill say I just want to get taller tho Im hoping stretching can help me max out my puberty as Im a late bloomer

You might just get taller naturally bro I was 5'8 until nearly 17 then my height blew up and my face got more masc and my zygos became protruding like my mom. Dont listen to that bs you will stop growing at 18 shit its all genetics if your parents grew late aswell you still have hope. Forsure maximize what you can get tho I wish you the best
