i need to get lean as fuck

idk what bf im at rn but im skinny as fuck with like no muscle i’m 5”11 16 and 64kg can someone link me threads or tell me what i should be doing to naturally reach like 12 percent bf im gonna start doing hella cardio but im not sure if ill have time to get enough in and idk if i can go gym

If you want to be skinnier, eat less.
You have time to go to the gym, stop lying to yourself.

Nobody is looking at you, let alone bullying you, unless you're doing an exercise with retarded form.
You won't get bullied for your physique. I would bet money on that.
If you're still concerned, just go when it's quiet, like earlier in the morning. I only ever see people that're there before work if I go at like 6/7am. They are too busy to mind you.
 
You need to gain some muscle first. You won't get bullied at the gym. But youre 140lbs right now and if you cut til you're really lean you will be super light weight and skinny. You're 16, and a newbie to lifting therfor you will make the best gains you will ever naturally make in your life time right now. Seriously you can pack on 20-25lbs of muscle if you do everything right (most people don't) your first year of lifting as a teenager. Don't worry about getting ripped yet.

Plus if you lift heavy and consistently now, with good eating, it will help your dimorphism and optimize your hormone profile so it change how your face looks overtime especially when youre growing at your age. When you lift at your age especially it's the best time to lift cause it has the highest potential to change your face and bones. Lastly you will be jacked so it's a plus.

thanks for the advice, u gave me motivation to actually do it so i will start within the next couple of weeks
