I need to get lean i need to get lean ive been eating junk all break and not working out and i my physique is skinny fat ive broken out a lil and got bloated it could be worse but i need motivation. No matter if i decide to build muscle or stay skinny i need to lose fat. I go back to school soon i cant be caught looking like this.
