I need to get my Wisdom tooth removed because of an abscess

The doctor already did a root canal on my upper right first molar (6th tooth), but now she says there’s an abscess. That side of my face already looks slimmer than the left because I previously had a lower wisdom tooth removed. She says the upper first molar now needs to be removed to prevent serious health problems — if it gets worse, I might even have to go to the ER.


Should I get it removed to protect my health, or leave it for now because having two teeth removed on the right side could make my face look very asymmetrical?


I am 17 and will turn 18 in April.


I need advice urgently!!!

I have never felt any pain from that tooth except when I like sucked on it, it hurt a lil bit like not even noticeable and some blood came out not a lot tho and only sometimes blood came out the other times nothing came out.

I did a mistake its not a wisdom tooth its my first molar
