Get loads of sleep, have some good vitamins and the rest are debatable, will you be 6 feet tall? Maybe, maybe not, depends on your genetics and how tall your parents are

Realistically, how much sleep should I get

Quality and quanitity so both are important, experts claim to have 8 hours, but it really depends if you feel rested, If you feel not quite rested and shit like that its important, 8-9 hours, if you sleep more, perhaps sleep more like an hour or two, to get maximum quality of sleep obviously an hour no screens etc etc, perhaps 1mg melatonin or less, but dont use it every day use it once a week when you have to catch up with school timing etc etc, going out etc.

Black room, the room isnt too cold not too hot, all blacked out lights, no sound issues, fully black room, that's about it, oh and use magnesium before bed, usually a strong one, this will repair your body pretty good and your nerves(in the moment), makes your legs not feel restless no more.

Something arguably more important than quality and quanitity that u didnt mention was consitancy. If u dont got a consistant sleep scheldue then you will have a hgh crash which is bad. So be consistent with your sleep
