best bet is to go out at night when nobodys outside, keep distance to cashier and maybe even scarf on face[basic masks arent much better]. wear gloves and glasses aswell. given there are 24/7 stores around. if not using credit card keep money in fucking plastic bag to home and then clean it with anti bacterial wet wipes no joke or just bleach+water mix
