its 9:40pm but my gym closes at 11pm. i can still get a good session in if i leave in 10 mins

i feel tired af

i just ate carbs so even more tired

but i know itll fuel a good gym session

should i go or not

i worked out 1 year and then i quit.... idk why but im a motherfucking stupid ass son of a bitch stupid cunt
why i stopped it.... why why why.. i felt sooo great but now...... i still lose fat, no question about it
but my tiny muscles that i got from the 1 year training going away :(((((88 but dont think that i looked muscular
no, i was a fat piece of shit and my muscles were unvisible because of fat

now, i have still about 22-25% bodyfat but its my lowest bodyfat
i thought that i lose all the fat and then i start gym... thats why i quit
but i know, i would lose the fucking fat faster when im working out
but then i must eat more food to gain muscles and that doesnt work with leanmaxx

idk man.. .sorry to texting you but you are fucking right

fuck depression im so tired and unmotivated

ok respect boyos i went purely cos of u guys

was a shit session tho

i did 1 set of dumbell chest press, had a 10 min break then went for a second set, brought the dumbells all the way down then thought fuck this and threw them on the floor

then just did 3 sets of bicep curls and went home

why am i so unmotivated man

over for my self discipline

cant even bring myself to work either, whats wrong with me

usually I can get into the rythm of doing a full workout after the first few sets even if I feel weak
Unless I am giga weak on the first set sometimes I walk straight out and postpone my session until the following day coz I dont wanna feel like I'm going backwards
