Hi I am 5,9 almost 5,10 my morning height can fluctuate from 5,10 to 5,11.5
I want to be at least 6,4 my hands are huge my feet are size 10 that isn’t overly massive my dad is 5,11.5 my mum is 5,9 my sister is 5,9
My supplement stack consists of:
Multivitamins (zinc magnesium and the other stuff in a standard multivitamin)
Omega-3
K2
D3 6000ui
I take all these daily and stretch
Do you have any tips
