I need to know the idea ratios

So I have got lefort 2 + bsso + genioplasty + ZSO+ chinwing agreed on by Andrei and I'm getting this done sometime in the future. Probably next summer. However that leads me to stage 2 of my looksmax plan. I plan on getting the eppley implants for the Chad ratios. However I have no idea what the ratios are. I know that my chin needs to protrude my brow but that's pretty much all I know on facial aesthetics. Can you boys help me out.
