Every time I think I’m working harder I realize there’s still places I’m slacking. Even though a month ago I couldn’t make myself get out of bed, I’m now going to the gym once a day again (not back to twice yet), working damn near full time and getting money, doing pretty good keeping up with school work. I need to go back to going to the gym twice a day, getting my meals right, water fasting in the morning, eating a meal pre workout, then a meal after, doing more school work, keeping up at my actual job
A year ago I was going to the gym twice a day, eating when I was supposed to, keeping up with my work. I still have so far to go
Every day I tell myself to lock in and I’m getting better and better. The last major thing is just getting in the gym every morning and eating when I’m supposed to. If I can just do that I’ll be so much closer
