I need to look defined (debloated) in 13 hours from now

I have furosemide (lasix, 40mg) and torsemide (10mg) and i need to look defined in 13 hours. Will the rebound bloat make my face look puffier than it did before taking it? if yes then for how long?

just take 80mg furosemide an hour before n youre good

there's a really high chance that rebound effect would make you look way puffier than you were before tbh and this shit could last for days so there's no need in using furo unless you really need that
reccomend you js to get a good cardio workout and sauna (if you're able ofc)

You don’t even need anything for it.
Just go for a long run and get rid of that salt and water.

Every time I did this, I looked like a completely different person after.

Obviously, not recommended long-term.

cardio for an hour,drink water w electrolytes and some dandelion root,sauna if you arent broke and thats it.
