My current stats:
78 kg
Waist 78 cm
6 ft

Goal stats:
63 kg
69 cm

I don't care if I catabolize muscle but I'm gonna lose 0.25 kg per day for 60 days to get this small.

when i didnt eat at all for a week i lost like 1.1kg a day so youll be fine if you eat under maintenance and do cardio

That's crazy! I will do a very long fast (up to 2 weeks) soon though. I thought about my goals the other day and decided 66 kg, going up to 69 kg (and being careful not to go over 70 kg) may be a good number to shoot for.

The 69 cm waist is the main goal. If I reverse diet up to 72 cm after that's fine, but no higher than that.

First of all you should not be at 140 lbs at 6 feet you retard. My grandma could beat the shit out of you if you get that low JFL. If you really want to get down to that weight then just start dry fasting 2 days per week.

Start w 12 hours water fast to get into ketosis then 2 day dry.

My recommendation if you choose to do this:

- Start water fast 12 hour window at midnight, so when you wake up you have time to properly hydrate and can start your fast when you're awake rather than asleep (if you start a dry fast at night, you'll wake up thirsty the next day which makes it harder.)

- In the morning before starting a dry fast, take Vitamin D, B, C, and Magnesium, or take a multi-vitamin powder and mix it w water (I recommend Tangy Tangerine 2.0)

- Take Liquid IV powder to hydrate, or if you prefer, you can drink coconut water or sugarcane juice (both hydrate far better than water and don't be a retard and do some research, sugarcane juice does not have that much sugar so it's perfectly fine)

After hydrating w any of those 3 and taking your vitamins and minerals (your body will be depleted of them during a dry fast which is why it is IMPORTANT TO SUPPLEMENT BEFORE ANY 3 DAYS+ FASTS) you can begin the dry fast.

Final note, to all retards who are about to react w JFL or attack me shut the fuck up and give it a shot you fucking pussy. Easiest shit in the world literally a piece of cake if you've done a few water fasts before, which everyone here should have done at least a 24 or 48 hour water fast. No I'm not muslim but fasting has lots of amazing health benefits and dry fasting even more so. I lost 10lbs in 2 days of my dry fast and I only gained back 3 (glycogen stores replenished) so just do your fucking research before you autists reply ty.

Ok, here comes the update:

Weight: 76.7 kg
Waist: 76 cm

So as you can see, I haven't made that much progress, but it's still significant. I've been training my butt and hips with progressive overload and the waist went down almost an inch so I'm happy with that. Still need to step it up though!

I should've done more in 3 weeks, but I gave it a soft start so as to make the changes more sustainable in the long term. My ultimate goal is to stay below 70 kg and 72 cm waist maximum year round.
