I need to lose alot of face fat in just a week i have my first casting and ive been slacking eating candy what do i do???

walk 1 hour in the morning
run 20 minutes in the evening

and eat far below maintenance calories

Yeah do cardio, go for walks and keep eating high protein low fat and low carbs.
