I need to move out of my parents house asap

I feel like i need to leave my house anytime soon tbh
And it's not because my relationship with my family is bad, i have a good relationship with my parents and our household is stable.

My main issue is how i view my situation, I've been feeling very paranoic/anxious about my future to the point i haven't slept on 2 days, I've been feeling like I'm about to die/ these are my last days and overally im just tired of the same daily routine.

I think moving out would be a good way to re-build my life again, go through new experiences, struggle and finally leave this mental void I've been trapped in

leaving your home, the only stable place in your life, will not somehow result in your issues being fixed. i do not know what you have going on but i recommend to resolve anything you can while you still live with your parents, then you can leave that history behind upon moving out. the poison of the future is the past.
I moved out at 18, life was very different but it also felt like I finally began to live for myself.
