If you take more it will just make you sick, its effects are capped at a relatively low level compared to other opioids, you might want to try something stronger.

I took 10 grams red maeng da and now I feel pretty good. Having a beer makes it much stronger but it's not very healthy to mix those tbh. Getting stronger drugs isn't really an option though because street niggers/Irish monkeys etc. are too dangerous.
