Long philtrum easily implies long mid face and maxillary issues. We gotta see your face

Some lip surgeon (Randal Haworth) claimed he could raise the lower lip a bit here by bilateral lower lip suspension. He doesn't show any results of this though. But I assume if your lower lip was raised it would allow you to raise your upper lip more. Might be worth asking him.
