For the past 3-6 months all I've done is rot, my daily routine has consisted of basically basic looksmaxxes like vitamins/diet/etc, and watching youtube/netflix and browsing this forum.
That's basically all I've done every single day except for the weekends when I work part-time, but the rotting continues the second I get home.
The rotting needs to stop boyos it's holding me back in life so much I am probably so far behind my peers, I don't even have a driver's license at 21.
The rotting will stop right this second. The second this thread is posted the rotting will stop.
None of this tomorrow cope.
It will be hard but I need to do it.
Im sat here eating some scrambled eggs and then the second after that I will hit the gym. Following prettyboys routine haven't worked out in like 6 months so my DOMs will be shit but fuck it.
Then Im going to read some shit maybe 30 pages or smth, then meditate, tidy my room down a few litres of water.
Organise my desk and whatnot. THen I'll do some planning bit of revision or smth, then gratitude journal or smth.
Fuck this shit broskis I can't rot anymore I can't.
No more YT, No more Netflix, No more music, No more fapping & No more fucking around.
