I need to study but have low attention span now

Brutal knowing that I was once top of my class and now can't study for over 1 hour straight.

Throw every electronics away and do everything in your house that needs to be done, clean your whole house to pristine, i mean just do something that doesnt include screens and dont eat goyslop and read books or something high iq

Go outside, just sit and do absolutely nothing for at least 20 minutes every day. You can gradually increase the time as it gets easier for you. Trust me this will do wonders to your ability to concentrate
