I don't know If i should get shredded or try to gain muscles. I need adivce 🙏🏼 thanks

You cant get shredded when you dont have any muscle to show.


Bulk up a bit, main gain.

Basically have a small caloric surplus, maybe 400 kcal a day extra. Then exercise and gain as much muscle as possible.

Main gain for a while, go maybe 100-200 calorie surplus, eat 1g per pound of bodyweight of protein, 0.3-0.4g per pound of bodyweight in fat and the rest in carbs before your lift. Try not to eat carbs after your lift, as it will bloat you. Train with 3.5x frequency for each muscle group with either FBEOD or U/L(with no rest days) or A/P(with no rest days). Do isolation movements primarily, unless you have to do compound movements due to ur gym equipment being shit. Don't train like a pussy and go to failure on every set, since you're new, you'll grow quite easily.
