Just give me luck so that surgeon doesn't fuck me up, my life genuinely depends on this succeeding.
I'm not getting advancements only maxilla downgraft which any decent jaw surgeon should be able to accomplish without issue but who knows I've had worst luck ever in anything, gambling, life, relationships. maybe my luck will achieve balance after this surgery
