I need your opinions

Do you guys think tretinoin and hydrocortisone are good? I'm thinking about trying them for the first time, but is it safe? I'm 15, and I'm worried they might end up making my skin worse.

My skin doesn't really have a lot of acne. My main concerns are smile lines, small bumps (closed comedones), uneven skin texture, and some dark scars.

So, based on that, do you guys think I should use them or not?

yeah, they should be fine. I started using tret a month ago and my smile lines got better, but I'm waiting for even better results.
