I need zygos - will bonesmashing make me retarded though?

I would literally do everything for some small zygo improvement. Should I simply get fillers or lose my last braincels and become full retarded like indegenous swiss with bonesmashing? I'm 23 so mewing probably will not do much. How over is it at this point?
