for changes, i don't know what changes you possibly want from me, my suicidal temptations go deeper than just looks, or shit circumstances, it's something that was there since i was born, i made a post on my profile explaining, just scroll, if not i might @

but you could also just ignore this, and go on with your day, considering it is not important and you will forget about me in 1 hour, which is the right thing to do

I think if you have a problem you should systematically try all feasible solutions to get better. I know there is overwhelming evidence that mental health issues, especially depression, are largely a physiological phenomenon. there are major links between depression and systemic inflammation, especially in the brain, digestion, being sedentary, winter / low sunlight exposure, nutrient poor diet, and recreational drug use.

I think you should genuinely try a variety of things to help yourself. Personally I would do:

- genuine prayer to Jesus Christ and renunciation of any negative spiritual or energetic ties and perhaps exorcism

- a genuine effort to be more physically active, get outside, get sunlight, spend time with people you like

- cessation of any recreational drugs, especially weed

- serious attention to diet, prioritizing nutrient dense, mostly animal based eating, especially eggs, milk, red meat, orange juice. avoiding soy, highly processed "products" and seed oils

- a thyroid supplement such as T3 monotherapy, T4 + T3, or naural dessicated thyroid such as the one from lifegivingstore

- hypnotherapy

- sleep schedule

- leaving this site



I don't know if any of these will work. but if you haven't tried you should. there is a chance. give yourself a chance.

I have been doing therapy for 5 years, do you think I haven't tried most of this? only the diet, I didn't, but thanks for the effort, and words, I appreciate it

you're welcome bro, I hope that things get better for you. I think there are most likely many things on that list that you haven't tried. Diet is the one most likely to be impactful.

if you're on SSRIs you may want to look into why that can be a bad idea, and be open to experimenting with stopping them.

I notice that you're very active on the forum. you might find that stepping away for a couple weeks helps.

a course of semax + selank may also be worth experimenting with.
