Everyone should be squinting as soon as they step outside. Make sure not to do over do it, otherwise you would look like an aspie. I have been called out for it once JFL.
Also trim your eyebrows so it can be lowset as possible.

Squinting only works for certain eye shapes, you're not gonna benefit from it if you have eyes that bulge out, round/circle eyes and have too much upper eye exposure like this
