I never resented my father for being absent

My mom made it hard for him to visit me and he is genuinely a good guy, he also fought cancer and won so I'll give him that. I managed to fix whatever damage his absence left inside of me (for the most part).

I can't blame him alone, I blame my mom too and life in general.

Why am I even posting this on this forum ? you might ask. Well, I don't have the answer for that but I hope that if you also had an absent father this thread can resonate with you
