This sleep disorder is some kind of cruel joke.
Water torture but in sleep form.

I already tried but I can't fall asleep with it well.
I may try it in the future again with different settings/mask.

How do u know u have it?

For me, as soon as i lay down in bed to sleep at night my nose gets stuffed. When i sit or stand i can breathe properly, but when laying down i have trouble breathing thru my nose. I feel like it fucks with my sleep cos i am also never rested no matter how long i "sleep"

Is this sleep apnea?

had it too and i know how fucking shitty it is. try to just experiment with different things, one blanket, two or three and legit dont look at any screen 1 hour before bed. I thought i had too much dry air so i used a humidifier which got all my snot out and after i sleep like a baby rn.
try to find what works best for you.

Probably some form of sleep disordered breathing.
Get tested in a sleep lab and/or get a professional sleep endoscopy done, everything else is time wasting.

Mighty try that, thank you very much.
Already found some sleep tricks to lessen sleep apnea symptoms or potentially lower AHI. Nothing permanently though for a long time.

people sometime get surgery done to fix this, but i guess you would have already done it if you had the means. maybe try one of those magnetic strips to keep nostrils open? might help a bit idk

I‘m still in insurance process.
But things seem to be moving into a good direction.

Mostly cope if your inner anatomy is the reason for apnea.
thats not true. I have/had sleep apnea for years, its familial and my skinny af brother has it too, used a cpap but didnt like the feeling. I used mouth tape and my problems were solved because it augments your mouth posture. Might not be 100% as effective as cpap but it works well. No harm in trying.
