i was 5'11 last time i was meausured but last night i almost hit my head on the light when i stood up so i might have gotten taller i wouldnt know though sense i hunch over when i walk

its not really a caveman thing more i just slump my shoulders forward and lean my neck forward because im used to carrying a backpack and im blind as shit

Lean back and flex your abs(they will flex by themselves) bring your hips forward
