My voices were very passive yesterday since I took more meds. They don’t like meds. Then they got angry and told me that I can’t take meds anymore. They said that I can’t take methylphenidate anymore but I can take guanfacine still. I didn’t really take them serious and as consequence voice 1 told me to get a razor and make cuts into my arm. It weren’t painful or harmful cuts. It hurts a bit but not really. But wtfffff I couldn’t resist her. Nigga it was like she controlled me. I never ever have done self harm. It’s low iq and a sin. But I couldn’t resist her it was her not me. I could have resisted but I was so weak nigga I was also angry at me for taking the meds I hate when they r gone but I never did that ever before.

Yes i dont really gain anything from seeing her. The thing is there is like a language barrier. I speak B1 - B2 of the language in the country im in so sometimes (she knows a bit english) i say it in english, but i dont know i think i should think about changing i dont really like her but ugh she is kinda helpful but nigga at the end of the day i havent really gained anything from her.
