It’s a bit of crunchy and soft with two most popular flavors chocolate and vanilla.
Personally that and caramel coffee flavor are my two favorite.

Cookies and cream gets u both the richness of vanilla and cream along with flavour of chocolate. So not so chcolate heavy, double chocolate may be too chocolatey for some (including me, I'm more of a vanilla guy myself)
