when people here talk about getting surgery and then in the same sentence say they don’t want anyone to know or notice how does that make sense? are you low iq? even with minor stuff like contacts, it’s always “i want to keep it subtle so people won’t notice.” then what’s the point? if no one notices that means there’s no real effect you retard. why would you change something about your appearance and then hope nobody sees the difference?
