I no longer can look at the pictures of man who's more attractive than me

Im average looking at best i can't look at people who's taller than me I can't look at the people who's more attractive I instantly become infuriated and feel humiliated right after it's gone to the point I can't even watch movies
Blocked a girl i really liked a couple of days ago because i realised that she would leave me for a better looking man at any moment
