Barely illegal suggests the person is a day or so over 18. Barely legal suggests the subject is under the age of consent. However, both terms are viewed as CP. And it doesn’t matter if the person is of age; it indirectly suggests a child.

Pornhub and similar networks had been playing this loop for decades. They would use clickbait titles that include "teen" or "teenager". Of course, 18 and 19 meet the definition. But through the perspective of common sense, it's CP.

Banning those pornsites weren’t only about doxxing everybody online, but yanking the ballsacks off of dipshits who thought they were clever.

If you clicked a website or blog that suggested a child uncensored and it showed an adult woman, that’s CP. Because you believed it was a child. And that’s what matters. Your thoughts can be a crime. Therefore, everybody who clicked the mentioned thread is now a suspect for crimes against children.
