I often hear duck feet(walking with feet pointung outwards) needs to be corrected

But it feels good to walk like this, ive also noticed when doing hyperextensions the legs rotate naturally externally so probably helps with glute activation

Biomechanically feels better and makes the hips more stable, ive also noticed lots of athletes have this type of gait

Sorry for the uber necrobump but yeah it’s horrible for you. You look how animals move, indigenous tribes, how babies move, etc, they have straight feet among other movement patterns

Youre right but having the feet pointing out feels more stable as well

How you walk depends on posture and spine muscles

I fixed it by just making my self walk with my feet pointing straight feels weird at first cus ur muscle isn’t used to it but after a while gets normal

Nah your inner ankle bone gets pressure then your shin comes in and then you create knee and femur disharmony then your knees cave and your legs loading and unloading pressure from walking or running or jumping creates hip pain knee pain ack tear risks etc.

If you’re open to it, look up GOATA movement and a helpful video on what it is and like the global laws
