I fixed it by just making my self walk with my feet pointing straight feels weird at first cus ur muscle isn’t used to it but after a while gets normalBut it feels good to walk like this, ive also noticed when doing hyperextensions the legs rotate naturally externally so probably helps with glute activation
Nah your inner ankle bone gets pressure then your shin comes in and then you create knee and femur disharmony then your knees cave and your legs loading and unloading pressure from walking or running or jumping creates hip pain knee pain ack tear risks etc.Youre right but having the feet pointing out feels more stable as well
