And I walked easily 10km or more today

What is wrong with you leanmaxxing autists. These extreme diets is not how you do it. Join a gym, start a 3-day or 4-day weightlifting program. Either 3-day full body. 3-day upper/lower/full body. 4-day upper/lower or 4-day push/pull/legs/full body. Reduce your usual calories by 500 and aim to lose 0.4kg/week. If you don't lose 0.4kg in one week, reduce your daily calories by 100. If you still haven't lost 0.4kg the next week, reduce your daily calories by another 100. Rinse and repeat.

Being tall and skinny is not enough to do well with women. The dating marketplace is over-saturated. dbdr on YouTube is 5'11" and he leanmaxxed down to 155 lbs and he's still a virgin. You're better off building some muscle mass.

i only do calisthetics
