if you do LL for 2-3inches(safe range) you would be 5.8-5,10 and fine

Lots of people regret them because it can stop or greatly reduce your natural hormone production and you need to be on artificial test for life to compensate. Besides that roids are expensive as fuck and I'd rather spend that money on actual hobbies I like. If I was buying roids all the time I couldn't afford to keep gas in my vehicle or maintain it.

it's not that bad to be honest, i eat less than that and a few hundred below my bmr on most days (which is stupid as fuck for my age and considering im already underweight dont get me wrong) but it doesnt really bother me. but yea if you struggle consider appetite suppresants like reta.
