I popped my acne scars last night

I was watching turkish horror movies last night and it was really scary so i was so stressed and popped my big acne scars and this is the results

Difference between right side and left side

I ate just eggs,red meat and yoghurt yesterday but thats what i eat everyday so this cant be diet.

I use tretinoin %0.5 & moisturizer on my whole face and neck at night,spf 50++ in morning without any cleanser and it fades my acne scars but yesterday i popped out 4 acne scars which is side by side

and stressed out because of the turkish horror movie (dabbe 6) so i woke up bloated and shitty skin quality...

I dont even want to go outside it looks scary

What can i do to solve this as fast as possible ?

don’t have scars it’s ugly, but if you have no beard tho ull be capped at htn imo, I’m talking when you’ll be an oldcel
