their allignment isn't solid, if you dont believe me make a fist with your hand and punch a wall 10 times. your knuckles will dislocate and potentially make one knuckle appear biggeryour bones are solid
Hence why he might of dislocated his jointstheir allignment isn't solid, if you dont believe me make a fist with your hand and punch a wall 10 times. your knuckles will dislocate and potentially make one knuckle appear bigger

How will moving the next backwards dislocate the jaw joint jfl,it's hard to dislocate it if you've never done it before and only by yawning very wide or getting hit in the jointHence why he might of dislocated his joints
To be fair I did chew on an apple like a few minutes before itHow will moving the next backwards dislocate the jaw joint jfl,it's hard to dislocate it if you've never done it before and only by yawning very wide or getting hit in the joint
Yeah but neck movement has nothing to do with TMJ movement. The joint itself slides and glides forward then back in position when you close your mouth. It is recommended to chew hard shit with a slight chin tuck either way because otherwise it would put strain on your tmjTo be fair I did chew on an apple like a few minutes before it
While chintucking (idk why I did that)
So what do u think that pop could've been from and why does my jaw joint ache slightlyYeah but neck movement has nothing to do with TMJ movement. Well if you've had jaw joint problems before it could've just been popping. I also get popping in my tmj when I chew hard shit. If you dislocated it you would've had to put it back into place, with lots of pain. your tmj joint probably extended too far out for a brief second and then popped right back in most likelySo what do u think that pop could've been from and why does my jaw joint ache slightly
