For years, my teeth have been in a position that gave me a lip seal that caused me to tense my bottom lip to maintain lip seal
Now that orthodontics is bringing my bottom jaw outwards into it's natural position, when I relax my bottom lip it appears much fuller because another couple of mm of it are exposed.
Here's a sketch with exagerattion on effects to the chin
My upper lip is still barely visible because there is a lack of bone behind it to push it forward and make it appear full.
If my upper lip can achieve 70% of the thickness of my relaxed bottom lip post jaw surgery, I suspect I will have what are considered to be "Bee-Stung" lips
