castor oil is cope in front of minox in terms of hair growth ,and mixing castor oil directly with minoxidil is not recommended because the oil acts as a barrier, diluting the medication and significantly reducing absorption and penetration in your scalp

true, oral is more effective for pure growth rate/thickness but if u dont want the bloat then stick with topical. it's all about if ur willing to tank the bloat or not
